Why Buy Insurance for your FAMILY TRIP

Access America Advantage: Top 10 Reasons to Buy Travel Insurance
Whether you take one vacation a year, or travel internationally on a regular basis for your business, a good travel insurance plan will cover you for virtually every unexpected contingency. From travel delays due to bad weather or a missed connection, a lost piece of luggage, or a medical emergency in a foreign country, help is only a phone call away. TODAY Travel Editor, Peter Greenberg, recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your financial investment and your peace of mind. In a recently published article, Greenberg lists nine reasons why he thinks travel insurance is a must-have accessory, and we’ve added a 10th reason of our own:

1 Your flight has been cancelled.*
2 Your bags are lost and your medication is in it. You need to have an emergency prescription filled.*
3 Your passport and wallet are stolen, and you need emergency cash and a replacement passport.*
4 You’re involved in an accident and adequate medical treatment is not available. You need medical evacuation.*
5 You need to cancel your trip due to illness.*
6 Your cruise line, airline or tour operator goes bankrupt. You need your non-refundable expenses covered and to get to your destination.*
7 You have a medical emergency in a foreign country.*
8 A terrorist incident occurs in the city where you’re planning to visit and you want to cancel your trip.*
9 A hurricane forces you to evacuate your resort, hotel or cruise.*
10 In response to our tough economy, we’ve added a 10th reason: you lose your job but you’ve already paid for your trip or cruise and need your cash back.

To Whom It May Concern:
I want to thank Access America for helping me. I was halfway through a two-week research trip overseas, when my husband suffered a stroke. Because I had purchased Access America travel insurance, I knew that I could afford to get myself back home right away. Access America made it easy for me to file my claim, and you reimbursed me quickly and completely for the airfare increase I had to pay for my changed ticket. A year later, my husband has recovered well
from the stroke, and I use Access America insurance for all my air travel.

With gratitude, Sally S.

HERSHEY PARK…amusement park and waterpark…Family Resort Hershey PA

Monday, June 8th, 2009

We visited Hershey Park for the weekend of May 30th and were very busy! The Hershey Lodge was a great place for kids and had lots of activites to do from morning til night. We took advantage of the Preferred parking since we were going to the park at 5:00 Saturday & that was a good move.We started off with a tour of Chocolate World. It was the perfect starting place for a night at the park, which you can enter the park the night before for a few hours, if you purchase your pass ahead of time. We spent several hours there touring, learning, buying treats and enjoying a great selection of food selections for dinner from pizzas to subs and salads!

Then it was off to the park at night to hit some rides! The next three hours we spent on the pirate ships, tilt-a-whirl,roller coasters, airplanes, to name a few. We had more food, played more games and had a great time. By 10:30 I was carrying my 6 year old on my back. Again, preferred parking…a bonus. The stroller, a mistake, I forgot! Big park…too much walking! So even though you think they are big now…bring or plan to rent a stroller even for your 5,6 and 7 year olds!

The next day was just as great. My parents joined us and had so much fun! No matter how old you are, you truly forget for the day and let all your cares go…and you are a kid again. hershy park really is a special place. I look forward to going back as soon as I can since we did not even get to the Waterpark and Boardwalk areas!

My advice….plan for at least 2 nights! get lots of rest and be ready for a lot of fun and activity at the park!

They are busy so also….call now for reservations! They are usually at full occupancy but I can help! Just call or email me for a great vacation and unforgettable memories.
